Before you book
The questions everyone asks
Will we be put in with strangers?
No. Your group will be the only group in the room while you are there. Your host communicates from another room by intercom and camera.
Are the rooms scary?
No. Our rooms are not scary, they're family oriented and fun. No actors, no jump scares.
Are we actually locked in?
No. There is an emergency exit door in every room that stays unlocked the entire time. Note that once you leave through it, your game is over, but the rest of your team can carry on.
How long does the whole thing take?
Your group has up to 60 minutes to escape. Allow about 30 minutes on top for check-in and the debrief, so plan for roughly an hour and a half. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your start time.
What does it cost?
Pricing is per player, not per room. Monday–Thursday: $45 each for 1–2 players, $39 each for 3 or more. Friday–Sunday: $49 each for 1–2, $45 each for 3–4, $39 each for 5 or more. Children 5 and under are free.
Can kids play?
Yes. There's no maximum age, and children aged 0–9 are welcome as long as a parent or guardian is in the room with them. Under-5s play free.
What if we need to cancel or move the date?
You can change the date and time of your game at any time. We don't offer refunds, but a cancellation becomes account credit that never expires and can be used on any future booking.
What happens if we're running late?
It depends on the slot after you. If it's free, you still get your full hour. If it's booked, you can play a shortened game or reschedule.
Are the rooms wheelchair accessible?
Yes.
Do we sign a waiver?
Yes, electronically when you arrive, or you can pre-sign online to save time.
Can we bring our things in?
Yes, and there are lockers in the lobby. We just ask that you don't use your phone inside the room. If you're on call or expecting something urgent, tell your host and they'll work around it.
Can you host a corporate or large event?
Yes. Larger groups can run back-to-back rooms, which you can book together in the calendar above. We also run a Mobile Game Room that travels to your venue for events from 12 to 500+ players.
